David Flear - Liberal Democrat councillor for Landward Caithness

Cllr. David Flear was re-elected to the Highland Council in May 2007, having previously served as Member for Halkirk.

He sits on both the Transport, Environment & Community Services and Housing & Social Work committees, in addition to serving on the Highlands and Islands Fire Board.
