Why we’re asking

As your councillors, we are gathering residents’ experiences of Highland Council’s recently introduced new bin collection arrangements. 

We’ve received a large number of complaints from across Lochaber, and this survey will help us build a clear evidence base to present to
council officers. 

Your responses will be used to demonstrate where the system is not working, the practical impacts on households, and why an urgent improvement plan is needed. All responses will be collated and shared anonymously.
